  • You will receive confirmation and shipping updates via email

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times may vary by location.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • To request a return: email elevationkidsllc@gmail.com with your order number and issue

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after return approval and item receipt.

6. Children’s Safety

  • Children under 13 may not submit personal information to the Site
  • Parents must supervise all interactions with our content, purchases, and animations
  • We do not permit children to create accounts or sign up for newsletters
  • All purchases and account actions must be made by an adult

7. Use of Animations and Multimedia Content

The Site provides animated and multimedia content created and owned by Elevation Kids LLC. You may:

  • View and interact with animations for personal use
  • Not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute animations without prior written permission
